Collection Historical Note

This record group, comprised literature in Yiddish published in Poland, Israel, and the U.S. in 1940s-1960s. The themes reflected in the publications relate to the history of the Holocaust, scholarly research on the general Jewish History, studies of the Jewish communities in Palestine and Diaspora, and, occasionally, a fiction literature.
