Records Relating to Hungarian Labor Battalions | Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust
This collection includes photo-documents and artifacts depicting the everyday life in the Hungarian forced labor service, commonly known as labor companies and battalions. The artifacts include armbands and a labor company sign, the both are believed to be authentic. This collection is also known by the name of its donor: the Frank Vadasz Collection. The photographs are copies from the originals taken by the Jewish labor servicemen and Hungarian soldiers during their service in the Hungarian Army in the course of the Second World War.
