Historical Note: The First general census taken in independent Poland, or in the Second Polish Republic. At the time of Census not all external and inernal borders had been formed. There was still an influx of refugees. With regard to the Poznan province there were frictions with the German population and unresolved territorial question with Germany (Weimar Republic). The Census includes multiple categories of demographic, social, business, economic, eucational, denominational and other statuses of population in Poland and specifically in Poznan province of Poland
