This report presents a historical source of the Allied Administration’s experience in dealing with Displaced Persons and refugees in their respective occupation zones.  This report also presents how the Allied Administration planned, administered, and executed various measures in order to resolve and relieve the issues of the Displaced Persons, refugees, and others affected by the warfare in Europe.
