Jewish - Polish public and political figure. He founded a Jewish zionist daily Chwila in 1919. Zionist politician, deputy to the Sejm of the of the I, II and III terms in 1922 -- 1935.
He studied in Berlin, Vienna and completed studies at the University in Lwow (Lviv)
