Historical Note: The Reich Literature Chamber or "Reichsschrifttumskammer" (RSK) was one of the seven departments of the Reich Chamber of Culture or "Reichskulturkammer" created by the Nazi Minister of Propoganda, Joseph Goebbels. This organization censored what works would be published and released to the German people. Any work written by a Jew, or a writer married to a Jew, could not publish. Vera Laroche was rejected from the Chamber in 1935 explictily and solely because she was Jewish.
