Historical Note: The Second General Census of Poland was conducted on December 9, 1931 after a decade past since the First General Census that was conducted in September 1921. Since then the Polish had been established and internationally recognized. The influx of population of refugees seized and the population movement had stabilized. Polish economy gained a raletively stable format. The were changes in the rubrics owing to the new political and social position of Poland.
